My wedding set was thin gold with 2 karat diamonds, the thin Gold band broke and they suggested putting both rings together into one. On a wider gold ring. I didn’t know how it would look. 2 days later. I picked it up, and it was so beautiful the diamonds looked bigger everyone could not believe it was my old wedding set turned into this beautiful shining rock on my hand. They are amazing!!!!!thank you Doug, and the ladies that work there too.

i have been going to this jewelry store for repairs for over 20 years. lately it has been more often for some reason. every time i take my ring to get a diamond replaced another one falls out. this time i went to pick it up and it cost more for 1 diamond that it did for 2 diamonds and to have it dipped and my husbands ring dipped the last time. i asked why i is it more and the man didnt know and was confused also, but the lady was rude and shrugged her shoulders and said prices went up or he might have had to do something el... read more
I had a very pleasant experience today. There was a kind gentleman who replaced my watch battery while I waited. It was very reasonably priced, and their inventory looked lovely. I'll definitely be back soon!
Ring still dull ! I'm giving two stars only because the sweet young lady tried to help clean my ring when I came in. My ring was really dirty, and when I asked the young lady if she could put it back in, the older lady snapped at me, saying, “I can't do it because I’m working with a customer, and you can wait if you want, but there's nothing I can do right now.” The funny part is I didn't ask the older lady; I asked the young girl behind the counter (possibly her daughter) because she genuinely wanted to help.
