I’ve been visiting Fancy Spa and Nails on Riverdale over the years, and I am very disappointed with their pricing practices. Every time I go, the prices seem to fluctuate without any explanation or posted rates. Most staff speak English, yet even long-time employees are unsure of what they’re charging. I paid $55.00 for a manicure and pedicure, while an elderly lady leaving at the same time paid $63.00 for the same service. That makes no sense.
