Very poor customer service - I asked if they can get my morkie groomed and said ok at 2:30pm. Was able to locate their phone number and address online (200B Century Blvd per Google). I left with my pet at 2:10pm for the 10 minute drive per navigator and arrived with a small sign that says "we relocated to 1403B NC Hwy 66S". We arrived at the new address parking lot and my phone rang, the groomer lady said "I'm sorry, we can't take your pet anymore because you are late".
