I just love this place!
I've been here a few times. Recently I went in for a fill she randomly painted gel over my acrylic and it started peeling off the same day. As well as cutting my finger with the file causing it to bleed.
Worse customer service and even worse nails techs. THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO YOUR CONCERS OR REQUEST. I asked for NARROW ALMOND shape nails. I don’t even know what this shape is. The color and shape is horrible. How is it that I got the SAME color on my nails and toes and they looks drastically different? Not even 10 days and 1 nail already fell. I previously left a 5star review, but after coming here for a few years, I’ve decided this salon is no longer a good fit for me. On a positive note, I recommend all the men here for pedicures, they are skilled and professional. Specifically, Lilly and John are the absolute best for pedicures and remain completely professional. I also appreciate that Kim isn't afraid to put real elbow grease into her pedicures, though sensitive clients should probably avoid her.
