My experience was very bad they weren't the color I wanted they weren't the shape I asked for, they also weren't the length I asked for at all. I also started bleeding multiple times and they just put a random product on them that made my finger burn very badly. Very bad service.
This is what $80 gets you…a chipped nail the day after you get them done. Especially after they cut my cuticle, tried to upcharge $20, and had bugs crawling around…
My girlfriend went here to get her nails done for a wedding. She booked the service online and they still asked what she wanted when she got there. She went in and the guy who was doing her nails stated what how he was going to cut her nail shape without consulting her about it. He then cut her cuticle (and tried to hide it from her) and made her bleed and glued the cut shut. After that experience they up charged her $20 from what the website said.
