We searched high and low to find a place with good reviews and glad we chose to try Fancy nails by the chick fil a/jiffy lube in south Hill. The location doesn't seem glamorous, but it was warm, welcoming, and relaxing inside, with super friendly and attentive employees. For the reasonable prices, there was great attention to detail without ever feeling rushed or like just another customer.
