Horrible. My friends and I went in for a pedicure on a Saturday. The woman that did my toes cut down the side of my toenail (like it was ingrown, but it wasn’t) and slowly pulled it out. My toe began to bleed, and she painted over it. I had an infection for 2 weeks afterward. After it was done, they charged us $178 for two gel pedicures. I about died. When we went to talk to them they started adding in all these little fees that weren’t disclosed. Never again…what a terrible experience.
They are extremely rude. Ive been so many times and always have wax left on my brows. Nails are usally not the time size or shape. 5 diffrent people doing your nails throughout the process which makes it 10x more timely. Extremely expensive for their crap work and unprofessional staff. And they talk about you and point which is extremely uncomfortable especially when your spending $100 for nails Also no one requested her. The gentleman that did my pedi was polite but not very good. I've never had my shin more massaged than this place. If it's a pedicure, the word means feet. Feet were barely massaged. I don't think I'll go back
I will never be back. I had an appointment for 2 o’clock. They told me to pick a nail color and sit down. I pick my nail color. I go sit down. I tell him the color that I want they say OK as he’s filing my nails they’re bringing me colors that I didn’t ask for and every time I picked a different color because they were making me pick a different color.
