Kim did an absolutely amazing job on my nails. I even slightly mentioned that I was regretting the color on my toes and she redid that as well. Her skill is amazing!
I booked a manicure and was given a very quick and careless buff and nail polish. That was it. The person doing my nails had another client that came in a few minutes after she started my nails so my service was rushed. I wouldn't go back based on that experience.
This salon was so kind to us. My daughter had her nails done at a salon down the street, Pretty Nails. She picked out 4 colors to use and they only used 2. We tried to say something but they did nothing to help fix it or add the colors to her simple design. Fancy nail only charged me $10 to add the other colors my daughter wanted. We gave them a tip for their kindness. Thank you for helping my daughter get the look she wanted!
Absolutely amazing customer service I will be back ! I did catch eye for the first time :) wonderful experience!
