I paid $55 for a pedicure and there was no massage, my gel is lumpy, did not see if I had an ingrown nail after I specifically asked, and I was completely done in 15 mins after terrible service. I’ve gone there for years and I won’t be going back.
Called and asked if they have spot for 11am for pedicure, I was told yes, when arrived, turns I have to wait because all of their personal were helping other clients. Zero respect for other people’s time.
My daughter and I came here to get two fills, she wanted to get a simple black set with neon drips on only the middle finger and she ended up with three lines, the nail tech filed her nails so roughly her fingers are raw. I wanted an ombre cats eye and they didnt know how to ombre, or do cats eye, my nails were hardly painted and the shape was jankey. Would not recromend
I have been a Fancy Nails client for several years and very highly recommend it if you are looking for a new salon. Every tech is very professional and seems to have their own regular customers which shows that you're in great hands with whoever you might select!
