No sanitation between customers. Eyebrow tech moves from customer to collecting payments and on to the next customer without sanitizing hands!! They also have unlicensed older members providing services!!
I came by to get an overlay immediately after my nails were burning and felt immense pain they also cut my cuticle down too much causing pain also. After removal my nails were left damaged, broken and very thin and I have been in pain for the past 2 weeks waiting for my nailbeds to heal and become less painful. Thread lightly...I will not be returning for any nail service.
I come here all the time to get my eyebrows done. I usually have another girl do them, but she was busy so they gave me somebody knew which was no problem. While she was waxing me, the wax felt hot, but it was not unbearable just warmer than usual. The whole time my face was stinging But I thought it was just in my head. I absolutely love my lash tech , IVY She's so sweet and makes sure everything is clean and sanitized before she starts. She really takes her time to make sure you're comfortable and happy with your lashes. Her work is always beautiful - I always leave feeling amazing! Highly recommend her
