Very disappointed at this nail salon, first time there, very rude. I arrived with my daughters the lady there asked me what service they wanted, I told them they wanted full-set acrylic, she said take a seat which they did, I noticed they kept skipping them and taking other customers that walked in as walk-ins as the same lady asked too what they wanted. So it seems as if they pick and choose who they attend. We ended up leaving.

i’ve been coming to this salon for more than 5 years but the last 2 times that i have came to get a pedicure i’ve left with my toe bleeding. A lady here cut my toe and it started gushing blood,she tried hiding my toe with her gloves and put my foot back into the water while still covering my toe with her hand,the water then started getting red from the blood so then she turns the water on and starts putting very hot water on my toe which causes it to bleed even more. she then starts putting the clear polish while my toe is s... read more

When I came in it was around the holidays. I was critiqued on getting black nail polish. On top of that I requested just color not the gel. When I told the manicurist she began to pressure me to get gel. Saying comments such as “you do this yourself at home?” So I ended up getting gel. On top of that part of the gel nail polish on my toes in the first weekend of having it chipped. Not impressed.

Some of the manicurists and pedicurists are good. But some are not. I had one of the worst ones there. She could not cut a toe nail. Her eyeglass kept falling off her eye and she was struggling to cut the nails with nail clipper. It was one of the most annoying pedicure to the point that I only go there for manicure. Depending on the quality of the gel they use, a manicure can last a week. But last time it was good only one day. So $20 manicure and an additional $5 tip went down the drain. Debating whether I should go back?
