Disrespectful ladies in there. I'm beyond shock how they're in business.
I have been a regular customer here, but after my experience today, I will not be returning. They messed up my nails, and when I went back to get them fixed, the technician was extremely rude and insisted the mistake was my fault. I sat there for three hours, did my pedicure first, waited plenty of time to dry, and even wore sandals, yet the polish still ended up ruined. I had no problem paying to fix the issue, but being treated with such poor, disrespectful customer service is completely unacceptable.
Very disappointed at this nail salon, first time there, very rude. I arrived with my daughters the lady there asked me what service they wanted, I told them they wanted full-set acrylic, she said take a seat which they did, I noticed they kept skipping them and taking other customers that walked in as walk-ins as the same lady asked too what they wanted. So it seems as if they pick and choose who they attend. We ended up leaving.
