I have been going to Fancy Nails for many years. I absolute love this salon. I have always believed they were a bit pricey but then again you get what you pay for. They are very kind and gentle. Very clean establishment. Friendly staff. Timmy is my favorite, he is wonderful. I have never had a bad experience, they do clean your polish off if needed and they don't make you bleed. Went in for a manicure. He did not let my nails soak at all before pushing my cuticles back. He did not use cuticle oil. He was rough during the entire manicure. He made my thumb cuticle bleed. After he put me under the light to dry he never came back to check my nails. Will not be going back.

I too decided to go to this salon because it's near my house and have been using them for over a year now, am a regular customer. They always provide the best services, the salon is clean, friendly and customer service oriented. I was in the salon and witnessed what scruz0714 below reviewed and she was rude and didn't complain until she got up to pay. He asked her to come back tomorrow to get the redo as the salon was full and backed up on this Saturday. I think she wanted a free set and that's why she was there. Everyone in... read more

I decided to go, considering it was down the street from where I live, while in the salon he "removes" my old nail polish (blue), he does not take the proper time to remove it, and proceeds with his services. After everything was done, I state to him, "The nail Polish is clearly visible, I don't like my set" he continues to tell me, it's my fault for choosing to wear my blue polish! Completely horrible!! While shopping around for excellence, this place was recommended. Definitely not disappointed in the pedicure and the service. Will return on a regular basis.
