I usually go to this place and travel an hour because I like their job...but the last few times I've had a bad experience; my nails only lasted 3 days.
Where to start. My first and last time coming here. I came an hour and half before closing and felt so rushed. The OWNER did my French mani and pedi. 1. I asked for a woman and they looked at me like I asked for a million dollars 2. Reused tools from the previous client. I work in dental and know whats sterile and what’s not. 3. PRICE IS NOT THE SAME AS WEBSITE. 4. I took this photo literally in the salon. Anyone would literally hate this. Even when she knew I didn’t like it she kept saying we can’t do anything about it.
I don’t know why people rave about the Kenny guy. He rushes and does a terrible job. He did my nails today, didn’t get the remains of the file out from the sides, painted over, no lotion on the hands and didn’t tell me where to go for the pedicure or who to go with. So sloppy
Today my mother and I had a very bad experience. The young lady at the front desk and who also does nails was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I stayed calm and polite because of my mother, but her behavior was unacceptable. This is not the first time this has happened. Every time I come here, there is an issue with her behavior.
