I have been going here for years and finally decided to leave because of their terrible services. Whenever I get my pedicure done here, they make all my nails a different shape. They make my nails bleed when their digging in for "dirt". I have also got my lashes done here, she asked me to give her the lash map I wanted.. and what numbers size I wanted. I am a customer and know nothing of lashes, how was i supposed to know. I showed her a pic of the lashes I wanted, she started saying "oh yeah I think this is number 15". When... read more

i’m sorry but why are my nails so chunky and i asked for chrome:(
I go here every time I get my nails done. Usually I am satisfied (besides maybe a few times) but the last time I went was not a good experience at all. The guy who did my nails made me bleed and then the constant alcohol he used just made it feel like I was being tortured but I’m too shy to say anything so I had to endure it. I would love to continue getting my nails done here but honestly I’m too scared to go back. The nails did eat tho.
I do not recommend this place... dirty and the staff wants to serve everyone, they do everything in a hurry, doing a poor job, the nail polishes are not of quality.. 😢 horrible place❌
