Very rude owners (*****) and terrible work nails were falling off after three days. Tried to get them fixed was rude and brushed me off and told me he was tired of me and to go then called cops on me .

The lady who did my nails was very friendly and did a wonderful job. My problem is with the fact that I was told a removal/re-application would be free, only to call to make sure/set up an appointment, and find out it'd be $5 for removal and another full cost for the application. The promise of a free balance and it lasting longer was why I upgraded to the gel to begin with. I feel like I was lied to just to up-sell me into gel instead of the regular manicure I came in for, which is a disgusting business practice. Because of... read more

Between the owner and employees they are rude and do not listen to what was requested. I have gave this loc more than a couple of opportunities to do as requested and still a very unsatisfied customer. I tip well and do not need attitudes nor to walk out unhappy. This place is all about the money get them in/out and who cares if the customer is happy or not.

I highly recommend Fancy Nails. They did an excellent french pedicure and manicure. Very, very friendly and personable staff. Fancy Nails is bustling with an energetic feeling. Try them. You won't be sorry!
