Never been to California, Never been to Fancy Nails Salon in Stockton. But apparently someone there tried using my credit card to buy a $365 Rice Cooker and a $70 Massage set from Best Buy to be delivered to 678 N Wilson Way, Stockton, CA... so whoever goes there, pay with cash.
if i can i give half star , this salon is the worse the people are rude
