The latina ladies there declined me services because I wanted a basic pedicure. They told me they were closing soon when I arrived at 4:25pm on a Saturday afternoon. I asked them I thought you guys close at 7pm and they said no that’s only on the weekdays. Lies! Your website says your closing hour for Saturday’s is 7pm. Yes I wanted my Pies done but instead you get a bad review! Ughhh!
I refuse to get a pedicure anywhere else. They do the most thorough and beautiful long lasting pedicures! And the 10 minute leg massage is also a bonus.
I want to first start off and say that I have been coming here for years to get my nails done. Since I started coming here I always would walk-in then state what I wanted to get and afterwards I would sit and wait my turn for my nails in their waiting area. I only have two stars because today for the first time ever I needed an appointment to get my nails done at this location. They would NEVER IN LIFE give my money to them again! One of them were very rude and tried to over charged me until I caught on to their games! She then got upset and stormed off not wanting to do my nails anymore. She repeatedly talked bad about me in her language to her co workers the entire time after I asked her to stop and let her know I have my translator on. Very irresponsible people , I used to go over there to do my eyebrows, today I went and they told me to come later because there was more people waiting , I accept without problem , she told me to come at 6:30 or 6 , when I arrive it was close! ( the close time is 7 by the way) I had a really important appointment the next day and she just made me waste my time ! If you can’t take somebody JUST SAY IT, Instead of tricking people. So people have time to find another place ! never coming back again !
