The new owners/workers are worse than the old owners. Theyre trying to watch a tutorial while doing the pedicure, the couldn't do the design, tried multiple times then said "no design ok?"... you need to practice on fake hands and go to school before coming to work in a salon.
If I could give this place zero stars I would!!! Absolute worst customer service. I had an appointment with Harrison at this location and my 4 year old daughter tagged along to get pampered. When I walked in there were 5 employees and only 2 customers. My daughter picked her nail color and sat down to get them painted while I sat for my appointment.
