I arrived at 4:20 for my 4:45 appointment and got a pedicure and full set. During the pedicure, I noticed the tech used the same tool on the client next to me that he had just used on my feet, only rinsing it in my foot bowl which my feet were in while he rinsed it. For my manicure, the technician was incredibly rude and unprofessional.
