Would have been better if my guy spoke English tough communicating. I wanted tips and dips, he didn’t understand I had to ask fir a drink then a person ( owner probably) told me to make sure I tip. But you didn’t make sure you treated me the same. However, I tipped all appropriately, because that’s who I am.
The technician did not wear a face mask and being 70 was very uncomfortable, thought I was getting a shear pink on nails but polish so thick it didn’t dry properly and kept denting, had to remove before my event next day!! Don’t like choiceing from Samples over nail polish bottles, colors not the same!!!

Thank you for your feed back, I make sure everyone will wear mask thru the Covid, sometimes they let it down because it's not easy to have it on for 10 straight hours. Sorry about the polish doesn't match 100% to the sample plate, it doesn't faded a shade as time goes by, we'll make sure the technicians do a final confirm with the customers when applying after first couple nails.

I went today to get a manicure after my niece told me how great Mike was. What a great place. They were very thorough with their COVID safety precautions- taking my temperature, plexiglass, all employees wearing masks. I got milky white nails using the powder dip. My manicure was $10 cheaper than my usual place and I thought it was a better quality. They go out of their way to make you feel special. I love that they have a whole menu of complimentary drinks! Such a friendly, relaxing place with high quality service!
