Absolutely horrible! I read reviews online and thought I would give them a try. The first time I went I told them exactly how I wanted them. Brushed on dip powder. As they are doing my nails she proceeds to dip them. I told her I wanted the brushed on as that is what I like. She says ok and continues to dip. I stopped her and told her once again how I want it.
