EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!! I will NEVER go.back there! Walked in on Monday Vivienne (very unprofessional, always rude!) had an attitude once I told her I was there for a fill, they not taking walk-ins for fills the rest of that day, she stated. Kim was nice and got up to make me an appointment for the next day at 2:30pm. I arrived the next day 5 minutes early.
