Excellent manicurist, excellent service and delicious coffee
súper decepcionada, reservé una cita 4h antes y a la hora de la cita estuve ahí y simplemente me dijeron que no podían atenderme porque no habían visto la cita.
Agende mi cita para uñas y pies pagando el depósito, manejé más de 40 min para llegar al lugar y cuando llegué estaban atendiendo a otras chicas, pensaron que yo no entendía inglés y la manicurista le dijo en inglés a la chica que me estaba atendiendo “reschedule her for tmrw, yo no mire el computador, no sabía que tenía cita”, como si fuese mi problema, tan facil que es para ella reagendarlo cuando ella no fue la que gastó el tiempo, ni siquiera disculpas pidieron! Una falta de respeto total, HORRIBLE
El mejor salón de uñas en verdad que he visitado, me atendió Marian y para mí es la mejor manicurista que he tenido, enamorada de mis uñas y de la atención de este hermoso salón, te brindan un servicio excelente cada chica y la dueña Alejandra , muy profesionales y dulces todas. Lo recomiendo 100%✨
PHENOMENAL!!! I am so happy with my visit today!!! I am traveling through Miami on vacation and I needed to get my nails and toes done so after looking at a lot of reviews, I picked this place. I called them and they got me in very quickly(within 30 minutes of my call!). It was totally the right choice! I was greeted at the door with a warm welcome and offered me something to drink.
