First off I had an appointment at 7:30 pm. I arrived at 7:30 pm and no one greeted me or anything so I sat down. After 30 minutes of no one even acknowledging I was there or to be serviced on at 8:00 pm I left. The fumes were so strong it gave me a headache. The workers were SO rude they could stare at you but not ask you why you were there. This is the WORST nail salon I have ever been to and I will never go back no matter how cheap they're prices they have terrible customer service. I had a full manicure done in Fancy Nails at fashion square mall. Were do I begin? 1. No one speaks English so it is close to impossible to explain anything to them. 2. As you seat in your chair trying to relax you have all this lady's trying to sell you more services. 3. A basic manicure is $25 plus tip 4. They use O.P.I. nail lacquer BOTTLES but what is inside no one knows since my polish lasted ONLY 3 DAYS (and I never got them wet more that showering twice a day) 5.
