I'll start this off by saying I really don't mind the place existing, its great that people can find a place to affordably host parties. The problem with this place is it is located directly under a residential living area. It isn't acceptable for music to start blaring at 1:30am and continue until 8am on a weekday. It also isn't acceptable for fights to break out in our driveways and damage our vehicles with police becoming involved scouring the place looking for all the souls who scurried away. Great place to have an event. I attended a baby shower and a paint and sip that was done there. Both were great events.
