Amazing service and product Love fancy fortune cookies! I order from this company all the time, just little gifts to send to friends and family and always have such a great experience with them. Erin is great and takes my orders over the phone and everyone I send cookies to tells me how fun and delicious they are. I get email confirmations right away and always receive tracking information too! It's a fun, cute gift. Avoid at all costs! I ordered some cookies for Valentine's Day. The website said production can take seven business days, but fortunately included a spot on the order form called "Date I need my order" and "Date of my event." I counted out the days and upgraded to 2-day shipping to make sure I got the cookies in time. Received an email with a confirmation, including confirming the date I needed the cookies.
