I asked for an A line bob my hair had already been cut previously in an A line bob it just had grown out but now I have to let my hair grow out before i can do anything to it and its awful I feel like crying she didn't care at all and obviously never cut an A line before she could have said she didn't know how to do that type of cut but she didn't she wacked my hairs if this place should be called fancy cut off

My hairstylist here paid such attention to detail and took her time (in a good way) that I had to tip half the amount of the haircut price. Definitely worth the price and time. My new spot. I am loyal to Fancy cuts 2.

Older asian woman was rude to my sister and didn't even give her the cut she wanted. She wanted a modern mullet but her hair came out looking the same as when we first entered the salon. The whole time she kept making comments about how "dry" my sisters hair was, and asking "do you use conditioner?" Bad customer service. How about recommending a product instead of making dumb comments you could've kept to yourself? Waste of time & money.

This place is the best haircut shop. I went to a lot of other haircut shops but not to good but this one is the best they straight my hair and did my layers perfectly. Lucy and Trang them both are really good.
