The service was horrible. She started 30 minutes late. I had the first appointment that morning. She is blaming the styles taking a long time to do, when really she is just unprofessional and running late. Not to mention cheating the customer. Braiding longer than what you asked for, then charging more. For a length you did not request in the first place. The actual braids were atrocious. All different sizes.
