Ramon is one of THE best locators I have ever worked with! I have lived in multiple big cities and have worked with multiple locators over the years. Ramon is responsive, personable, and very knowledgeable of the complexes in the Houston area. I recommend him to anyone that is in search of a new place!

I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Tyler at Fancy Apartments. I initially reached out while apartment hunting, but ultimately found a realtor elsewhere who was a better fit for me. Rather than simply accepting that I had decided not to move forward with his services, Tyler sent me a message explaining that he is “a real person,” that he doesn’t get paid to send lists, that he works off referrals, and that because he hadn’t heard back from me, he was deleting my file. I am writing this as I just got the keys to my new apartment. I worked with Theresa Claussen for the past 2 months while I wasn’t even sure of what type of apartment I wanted or what area of Dallas I wanted the apartment to be in. Cheryl was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was patient, helpful, responsive, and genuinely made the process of finding our new home so much easier. Moving from out of state came with a lot of moving pieces, but Cheryl was always kind and willing to help us navigate everything along the way. Caleb Jabri of Fancy Apartments is a pro and knows the Dallas area super well. A calm voice during a stressful last minute apartment search for our college student! Very responsive and has actual relationships with property managers.
