My experience with Fancy Apartments was nothing short of amazing. I worked with Brody & he was very attentive throughout the apartment hunting process. I gave him a list of what I was interested in & he wasted no time! He set me up with 6 tours and I found an apartment that is absolutely stunning. 10/10 highly recommended working with Brody at Fancy Apartments!

I would advise any potential customers to look elsewhere. I had an exceptionally poor experience over the past half year with Fancy Apartments and one of their agents, Madison Herring. Initially they are very responsive and claim to offer $200 cash back upon the signing of a lease arranged. While they were able to help me find an apartment in Conroe, they have not yet given me cash back, claiming technical issues. I don’t leave reviews often, but I truly want to acknowledge the professionalism and attention to detail this company provides. I had the pleasure of working with Kristen, and she was absolutely amazing. She responded quickly, was incredibly informative, and consistently checked in throughout the entire process. She helped me find my apartment, and I officially signed my lease today. If I could give her and the company ten stars, I absolutely would.
