Working with Benjamin as always was excellent. Their responsiveness was above and beyond.
I called Fancher to have my furnace looked over since it had been a while, and got an appointment set up for the next business day, which I was definitely not expecting. Benjamin came right near the beginning of the time window that had been set up, and he got he even called me about 15 minutes beforehand to let me know he was on his way and his ETA.
