Hours out of my way and worth all the I-5 traffic that exists between us. The team will make sure you're getting the bike you need; not the one they most want to sell. Very cool people with all the knowledge you need without vomiting facts that mean nothing. Newb to pro; they are doing the local bike shop thing to perfection.
Just bought a new Norco Fluid 7.2. Everything I could ask for except the tires...not suited for our terrain but easily corrected.

Fanatik has done a superb job working on my nephew's bike. A special shout out to Joe who stayed late to complete a repair for my special needs nephew's bike!!!! In the total scheme of things, it wasn't a big deal, but in my nephew's world it is everything. So THANK YOU for going the extra mile and providing special and meaningful CUSTOMER SERVICE.
