This shop was great to deal with for my Revel Rascal. They were very prompt in communicating via email or phone. When I got my bike it was well packaged, easily assembled, and the drivetrain and suspension were both already tuned properly out of the box, minus a tad bit of tweaking to the suspension settings. They even got the little things right that other shops miss like cutting the cable housing and brake hose down to the perfect length and installing ferrules that matched the accent color on the bike. Got a great deal on a GT that was set up perfectly and even had better components than the specs listed. The after sale service was great. Followed up to make sure the bike was as expected. Would highly recommend.
