Fana, & specifically Ashley, were amazing. Ashley took the time to get to know my fiancé and myself to understand our wants the most! Once she got to know the vision, she was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. My wife and I were in New York, and she had been shopping for a piece of jewelry all year to celebrate a birthday. We literally happened into Fana down in SoHo and frankly, from the second we walked in realized how spectacular their work is! Farnoush and the entire team made us feel totally comfortable and really spent the time to understand the etching/ detail and look we had been seeking. Could not be happier with the entire process - but most of all the finished product! Highly highly recommended

My experience working with Farnoush at Fana was beyond incredible! She helped me design a custom piece that was stunningly beautiful and done with the finest of craftsmanship and quality. This review is long overdue. I first went into a big-box jewelry store for custom rings and was told they send all custom orders to Fana.
