Ashley, the store manager was amazing, so knowledgeable, and super enthusiastic. She explained everything to us and instantly made both of us feel so comfortable the moment we walked inside the store. She was super responsive and very easy to work with. She made sure every single detail was correct and that the ring was ready in time for our trip. Ashley and FANA are incredible and I would recommend them to anyone!

Hailey made my experience so amazing. A group of girlfriends and I wanted to try on different cuts and sizes and the whole experience was honestly so welcoming and helpful. The store is also so beautifully decorated. Highly recommend FANA!

We had the most amazing experience working with Ashley and Fana to create my custom engagement ring and mine/my husband’s wedding bands. The team are really attentive and will bring to your vision to life just as you want it. I’d go back here ten times over.
