Last year, I used Fan Law as part of my benefit plan for Property Protest. 0 communication throughout the whole process despite biweekly follow-ups from myself. Last year I reached out to this office through MetLife legal plan. They were going to assist me in a property tax protest. After a month of silence I asked about the outcome of my hearing (which had been scheduled). Nicole apologized for the lack of update and that she was waiting to receive the notes from the attorney. This law firm is very unprofessional. They say one thing and do something else. They promise you something and never get it completed. They are dishonest.PLEASE AVOID THEM! They lawyers dont have time to review anything. I have been dealing with them over 8 months still no resolution on just sending some docs for property protest. Their people that answer the phone can’t speak english and talk like a robot and never get things done. I would rate them 0 if I had the option to.
