I did not have a good experience. The front office staff were unkind to me from the beginning and the dentist himself told me over the phone he did not accept my insurance and was rude about it. I do not recommend fan family dental to anyone!
Dr. Fan is the best.
My family and I have been going to Dr. Fan for years and they're always so professional and kind! They'll put on anything you want on the TV which makes the appointment go by fast. Even though I don't live near Richardson anymore, I still make the drive in order to go see them.
I was dissuaded from going to the dentist for several years after some negative experiences. Dr. Fan was recommended to me by a friend and it is easy to see why. Dr. Fan is a great dentist. He is thorough, extremely personable, and conservative with his treatment recommendations. His staff is very kind and helpful with scheduling, helping my wife get a last minute appointment before the end of the year. Thank you Dr. Fan!
