Horrible customer service. item never shows up . The owner tells you one thing and then tells you another thing and then tells you another thing. All lies ! think twice before ordering from their website.
I ordered $1800 worth of rally shocks from famspec which I never received. After 3 months of excuses I actually contacted the shock manufacturer and they said they'd never received an order from famspec. So I asked for a refund...but after another month of excuses I was forced to filed a claim and I was lucky to recover my money. What a miserable experience.
I ordered an LSD and pump upgrade kit for my 2nd Gen CRV over 2 months ago. Before paying, Matt (the owner) responded immediately to all my questions. After paying, I didn't hear anything. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and patiently waited. After a few weeks I emailed him, but received no response. I waited another week, sent another email, and even called him. Nothing.
