We have purchased a few items from Famsa including a warranty. I paid 500 dollars plus extra for the warranties. They still did not cover for any of the items for which we are told they would. I never got to use my camera and it was broken. I paid 400 dollars for it. And it was broken at the time of purchase. They stated they could not replace it. Our couches also had a warranty and they were broken at the time we bought them. We called to get them fixed and they took them for 2 weeks. Still retuning them in the same horrble... read more

Just brought my new stove this weekend (5-14-11) the gas company tells me it has a carbon monaxide high reading so gas company shut off my gas. Called South Texas Appliance company (Famsa contract) to come adjust it or fix it. The repair company so far has given me the run around and say the gas company is wrong and that a supervisor from the repair company will call me I AM STILL WAITING AND CAN NOT USE MY STOVE!!!
