The first time I purchased appliances at Famous Tate I had a good experience. This last time has been frustrating. My sales person was Patrick. He talked too much about himself and called me by the wrong name (Chris). He was also incapable of updating my information even though he tried for several minutes. My house was damaged by Hurricane Helene and I wanted to replace the appliances with the same ones. The refrigerator was not available. Did Patrick call me? Update: Delivery was horrible. But Famous Tate made it right. I am happy to share my appreciation for the excellent service we received at the Largo location. We first visited this store to purchase an appliance for my mother-in-law and we received great service and a great deal. Now our dryer took a dump, so we returned to Famous Tate and once again had an outstanding experience. In my opinion, Famous Tate can't be beat. They delivered me a brand new dryer that didn't even get warm. Send somebody out, and decided to send me another one. Got the new one today with a conversion kit after I requested LP. I will never order from famous Tates again
I had an exceptionally positive experience working with Leticia at Famous Tate. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, taking the time to listen to what I was trying to accomplish and offering thoughtful guidance. What impressed me most was that even when she could not directly provide everything I needed, she went out of her way to connect me with another resource who could help. In Michigan, renting my condo in St. Pete Beach . Renter states dryer not working. Got dimensions from my renter, and called Largo Famous Tate-- and Rob (excellent) hooks me up with a dryer. I'm down in St. Pete a month later, and Rob arranges install when I'm there. Install comes and says doesn't fit -opening too small. I said give me a day to reconstruct shelving.
