We had a very helpfully associate to help us decide which refrigerator would suit our needs the best. He wasn't pushy in any way. And really patient with two very undecisive customers.
On April 8, my bf and I ordered and paid for a small washer/dryer. We were helped by a rep named Lane. We were promised delivery within two weeks. It has now been nearly six weeks. No washer, no dryer. We receive intermittent updates from Lane who can only tell us that he has no idea when our washer/dryer will arrive. No attempt at providing another solution has been made, just a weekly email saying there is still no news. Obviously this is disappointing customer service.
