I am hugely underwhelmed by the store in Clearwater to solve problems. I spent $2200 on a fridge freezer twelve weeks ago. It broke down over two week ago. They send out a third party repair company who try and diagnose the issue, and then have spare parts sent to my home address. Nobody follows up the issue and the fridge freezer should have been replaced immediately, not making me wait weeks for this third party Goodmans Home Solutions to be unable to schedule a repair. The first time I purchased appliances at Famous Tate I had a good experience. This last time has been frustrating. My sales person was Patrick. He talked too much about himself and called me by the wrong name (Chris). He was also incapable of updating my information even though he tried for several minutes. My house was damaged by Hurricane Helene and I wanted to replace the appliances with the same ones. The refrigerator was not available. Did Patrick call me?
