An awful experience and no apology. :( I never got the refrigerator that I paid for in May. There were 3 scheduled deliveries, two in June and one in July. All three delivery times I did not get the refrigerator because they did not have what I ordered to deliver to me. I even accepted a switch to a different brand and model that they assured me they had in stock. The order was for a refrigerator with an ice maker., nothing fancy or special order. Went to the store on recommendations of neighbors. I was needing a new stove and refrigerator and ended up buying those along with a microwave and dishwasher. They had the best prices I’ve seen and I had great help from Leticia. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and great customer service! The delivery folks were great too! I will be shopping there again.
