We have always had a great experience with Famous Tate overall but recently we have had some hiccups in our remodeling process that could have been a much bigger deal with out the support and expertise of the team here. We worked with Leslie for this project and I cannot recommend her enough!
I bought a floor model dishwasher in November , they kept it a few months as my house was flooded and needed to be completely redone . They delivered it in December and It was installed in the finished kitchen end of March . When we started it . It was leaking and the face plate was missing . They told me it will be repaired and when the repair person came he found out that a piece was broken . . I waited a few weeks then received the new one today !
