Our salesperson Jim Quigley yesterday was awesome. Answered our questions and we told him we had to wait to see if our old washer could be fixed but if it couldn't we would be in to buy on today. Walked in and was greeted with a short hello and waited for a salesperson. An older gentleman came in and she said hello and how can we help you as I stood there waiting for the same service. I called looking for a dryer knob for my dryer and spoke to Brian. He told me that they don't carry in stock but to call Reliable Appliance parts in Tampa. He gave me the number, I called and sure enough they had the part I needed. I picked up the knob and now my dryer is working again. That's what I call great customer service. Thanks Brian.
Bought a dishwasher 2 weeks ago, lady that helped us was great. Dishwasher was not in stock yet, no problem. Came in stock last week, they wanted to schedule us for Saturday which would not work, so we ASKED for Wednesday… today. Should I have not been one of the first appointments, as I was scheduled so far out… instead you have made me last today. We have always had a great experience with Famous Tate overall but recently we have had some hiccups in our remodeling process that could have been a much bigger deal with out the support and expertise of the team here. We worked with Leslie for this project and I cannot recommend her enough!
