Famous Tate is just another appliance store like the rest of them…. What sets them apart from everyone else is the world’s best appliance man, Joe. Mr. Joe (aka Joe Lettre aka Joe Lightning) went out of his way to help my mom Heather with her dryer issues. We had a nightmare disaster with the warranty company on an old dryer, Joe got the problem solved AND helped us get a new dryer. He is THE MAN!!! Bryan was a great salesman. He was very helpful informing me about double ovens and refrigerators. Because of him we are very happy with our purchase. Exquisite home services was a disappointment amd did not show well for Famous Tate . Be aware they charge $350 for installation and refused to measure our space for the refrigerator which would have helped Bryan. The manager of Famous Tate should re consider using that company as they did not show up on the day they scheduled their strict window of time which my husband and I ... read more
