Arlene is unprofessional. She yelled at us because we asked to do a walk through before the final closing.. She tried to kill the deal and tried to keep us from communicating with the seller. She disrespectfully addressed us numerous times and sent inappropriate emails. She lacks tact. She has made this a very uncomfortable experience for us. I do not recommend using this business for buying or selling Real Estate. She use derogatory words when referring to us as clients.
