I absolutely love coming here! The salon is always welcoming, and relaxing. The staff is friendly, professional, and truly talented. My nails come out perfect every time—shiny, long-lasting, and exactly how I want them. They take their time, pay attention to detail, and make sure you’re happy before you leave. This was a deeply unsanitary and unsafe experience. The male nail tech used non-sterile tools and nail files. During the process, he cut my cuticle and caused an open wound. When I asked for a clean paper towel to wipe the blood, they handed me a dirty towel instead. A female staff member then tried to apply nail glue directly into the open wound, and when I refused, she applied a stinging green solution from an unmarked bottle.
