This place is absolutely terrible. They were very rude when I went back for their mistake. My nails came off after 3 days and when I went back to let them know she was very rude and refused to redo them. I have never had an experience when three of the nails came off after less than a week.

I first tried this place last year and really enjoyed it. I have gone back a few times and have had mixed experiences. The latest one wasn’t great. The lady didn’t give me the whole package that I chose. I got a pedicure, manicure, and eyebrow wax. I wasn’t offered any scent which was meant to be included. I asked for eyebrows waxed and she didn’t even trim them which is pretty standard. I was told that my nails weren’t ready yet and to sit down. I took my daughter to get pedicures. They charged me $65 for my two year old to get her nails and toes painted. I just did a pedicure. Not to mention, they didn’t even cut and clean my toes and cuticles. I had lint, in my toes that they didn’t clean out. I had to ask them if they were going to clean under my toes. WHAT. I believe a child could have done a better job, I was told to come in at my convenience and they would fix it, I will give an update after this is done. **^**UPDATE*^^^^ Went back and they graciously agreed to completely redo my nails, this time she (a different lady) did an awesome job.
