I received a gel manicure and deluxe pedicure by the head technician.I told her that my main goal was to exfoliate and to remove deadened and dried skin thereby producing softer feet. She was very mean and hurried through both the mani/pedi. She even cut one of my toes which started to bleed and she didn't tend to the cut, nor did she apologize. The owner (lady) is unreasonable she says paint will last 2wks and when it doesn't she wants the customer to pay again to fix, Ha! She doesn't realize it's a nail shop on every corner! They just lost a good tipper!!
