Was just in to get a new water heater and had wonderful help and service from an employee named Jack. Great work Jack!
Avoid this place like covid 19. Zero organization. The akron location is a mess. I litterally had to wait an hour on site at this location. The old employees need to retire. They run around and are not able to track down orders. Their computers software is from the 90's. After they found out what the problem was they made it seem like it was my fault. If I can help it, I will not be back.
This place is awesome if they don't have what you need they'll tell you where you can get it
I love this place. It is my favorite supply house. There customer service far exceeds all expectations.
