Did the French dip, was cold and the meat was dry. Was going to do the mashed potatoes as a side but they looked Brown sitting in the hot table for quite a while. Hard to figure out the menu and the printed one word too small to see Did not like the new concept.
I ordered the St. Louis spareribs naked (dry) and they were perfectly cooked. The fat was rendered off perfectly leaving juicy meaty ribs with the red from the smoke These are not fall off the bone, but with a little bite and tug on the rib the meat comes off beautifully which does not leave them feeling soft or fatty and is a good bbq bite.
