Famous Dave’s has definitely changed their ribs and and brisket quality around 2025. I was a fan of Famous Dave’s for decades, but it’s clear that cost cutting is taking place. A true shame. We still love Granite City. We love the Wilbur beans and corn bread. Great service but now just average ribs and brisket.
I like famous Dave's but it would be nice to eat at Granit City Brewery. Going back for Sunday brunch
