It is a restaurant inside Johnny Carinos. The brisket was though, the ribs were okay the sides were ok too. I honestly do not recommend it as a stand alone bbq place
This place should be shut down period. The table we sat at had leftovers on the floor and the carpet was dirty. Food made my wife sick that night. Think it's a normal practice at Famous Dave or just not doing the brand any favor. Cold corn cob, cold corn bread muffins, cold beans. Owning up to the ribs being from the previous day. Just a few of the distasteful experience. Someone could get seriously ill from this type of food.
This is my first time and my last I ordered a brisket sandwich and the meat was not moist like I asked for. It did not taste good no smoke flavor it did not look fresh it looked like it had been reheated. I have tasted brisket before and this one tasted like a 2 hour oven baked instead of a 12 hour smoked. To the owners please change your cooking methods.
I was so disappointed at this place. Customer service, food so sad. The brisket was hard as a rock, the corn bread was not soft at all. Corn was cold. They did make fresh coffee that was a Point in favor. Famous Dave’s please rescue your Franchise it will be ruined at that place. Johnny Carinos.
