Dave’s road to fame began with a strong hankerin’ for fine barbeque and a stronger desire to make the finest slow-smoked barbeque folks had ever tasted. He visited rib shacks, roadside joints, every hole-in-the-wall or fancy pants supper club he could, all in search of the most BBQ succulent meats, savory seasonings and lipsmackin’ sauces around.

It was a birthday celebration for my niece, everything was excellent. The service, the food, the staff, we had a long wait; however it was worth it. The ribs, chicken, pulled pork, the brisket, cole slaw, baked beans, macaroni and cheese were all delicious.

I was always happy with the ribs at Famous Dave's. This visit was a little different, The wait for our food was a lot longer than the wait for the table. After being seated I looked around the room and saw that there was at least 8 tables waiting for their food, (not a good sign). No one was having a problem getting drinks in fact our waitress asked us 3 times if we wanted another drink,,still no food. We went to Famous Daves in North Olmsted and was very pleased with the service and food there. We were on an hour waiting list and that didn't bother us because we seen how everybody worked as a team to get everybody served.. Great job team keep up the good work. I would recommend North Olmsted Famous Daves to anybody...
