Dave’s road to fame began with a strong hankerin’ for fine barbeque and a stronger desire to make the finest slow-smoked barbeque folks had ever tasted. He visited rib shacks, roadside joints, every hole-in-the-wall or fancy pants supper club he could, all in search of the most BBQ succulent meats, savory seasonings and lipsmackin’ sauces around.

Apparently Famous Dave's North Olmsted DOESNT believe in retaining REPEAT customers. Went there tonight and opted to sit at the bar and have a meal. BUT to my surprise, the bartender (STEPHANIE) insisted that I was wrong about my order and what it cost from my last visit just two days earlier. So over $2 she decided she would forgo my business and the $40 I would have spent on my meal. Thanks Stephanie. I guess you can afford to forgo generous clients who tip well just to prove a point ???? SMH
