Well there is a first time for everything and today the customer service at Famous Dave's was very disappointing. I called around noon to place my order and was given a 5:15 pickup time. i was given this time. Great! When I arrived there was a line to the end of the parking lot and it began to rain...hard. I called three times, was hung up on once, sent to an unknown voice mailbox and when the call was finally answered I was directed to the line outside.
