Food was great, Big meaty St. Louis style ribs, service was very slow.

Shorted an item on delivery order via Uber Eats. Manager did not offer any help and insisted the item was sent with the driver. Uber driver stole one of our 5 items? Please. Terrible customer service!
The food was awesome and the manager bent over backwards to make sure we were happy and satisfied. Wish I would have gotten his name. 3 thumbs up!!
Food taste like it’s a day old and is dry. Only taste good when you put sauce on it and that shouldn’t be the way to make bbq good.
Worst Famous Dave’s I’ve ever had. The place was dirty and the service and food was terrible.
