very poor service . waiter un enthusiastic looked as if he was lathargic and didn't enjoy his job. waited for over 20 min for the check. and cold food

I've ate at several Famous Daves in Iowa & Minnesota. This is the poorest one I've ate in. The meat wasn't smoked it was just roasted in the oven. Some of the meat was over cooked so bad I couldn't chew it. The bun was stale. Just because you put bar-b-q sauce on meat it isn't bar-b-Q.

Had a To-Go order last night. I'm glad your staff knew I was just kidding about that order of corn. I mean, I paid for it, but I didn't really want it, so I'm glad they knew to leave it out of the bag. And just FYI, when a staff member says that your mashed potatoes aren't good, they aren't kidding. I paid for a scoop of the worst instant mashed potatoes I've ever had. Y'all got nothing on Gram-gram's nursing home cafeteria. Even after adding cheese and bacon we couldn't choke that dirty deuce down.

Usually I luv everything about this place but last night around 5 pm not very busy ordered full rack of ribs. Delivery was slow, order was wrong, food cold and ribs were very dry. This has happened more than once. Sad seems like a good thing going bad. Didn't want to make this review but hoping will help correct situation so it will remain in business for many years to come. Love bringing out of town guests.

It was Saturday evening around 5:30 and I ordered the BBQ chicken and was told they were out and wouldn't be available for 45 minutes. Had to wait to long for our food. Once we got our food, it was good.
